  • Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable to your order.

Returns

Domestic Returns and Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at osheenacare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

  • International Returns and Exchanges:
